Groupe Tidan, a Montreal-based leader in real estate and hospitality, seeks an HRIS Specialist – UKG to administer and optimize UKG Pro, WFM, and Onboarding. You will ensure data integrity, design workflows, and support HR, payroll, and finance teams across Canada and the United States.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Perks, HR and IT, translating business needs into effective HRIS solutions, while staying current on UKG features and modules to drive continuous improvement.
