As a Human Resources Administrator, specializing in perks and retirement programs, you will support the administration and coordination of employee benefits, retirement, and wellness initiatives. You will assist in maintaining accurate employee records, support the enrollment processes, and respond to general inquiries from employees, and ensure data integrity across multiple systems and high-quality customer service for our employee population.

Complete employee enrollment changes and updates withing the HRIS (Workday). RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN ADMINISTRATION RRSP and pension plans). Support initial validation of contribution data and flag discrepancies for review.

Respond to employee inquiries related to retirement programs and contributions. Assist with retirement plan enrollments, terminations, and employee updates. Support periodic audits and reconciliations of retirement plan data and contributions.

Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. ~1+ year of experience in Human Resources Administration, Benefits Administration or a related role.



~ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with data. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. ~ Workday experience is considered an asset. ~ Excellent communication and customer service mindset. ~ Expected Base Salary: $25 - $28 per hour. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations. Annual performance-based bonus.
