Date Posted 09/21/2026 The Opportunity Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Development, this position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across Human Resources functions, with a focus on Learning Management Systems (LMS), training & talent development, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and HR-related projects.

You Will Learning Management System

Administration - Course creation & load course onto the UKG Learning Management System (LMS) - Develop and update e-learning content using iSpring and other e-learning tools - Monitor training assignments, generate reports, and maintain accurate training records - Test and proofread e-learning courses - Respond to LMS-related inquiries and provide user support Talent Development - Coordinate and oversee the Talent Pool Assessment Center process, including resume collection and screening in alignment with program requirements - Manage assessment logistics and interview scheduling in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Consolidate interview feedback and assessment data, and prepare summary reports to support final decision-making Training Support - Edit, translate, and proofread course material of multi-language versions (i.e. Chinese, English) - Support the logistics for in-person and online training - Enhance employees’ learning experience and support company’s events - Human Resources Information System - Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and data integrity - Support system configuration, user access, and troubleshooting of HRIS-related issues - Partner with external & internal stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience - Generate People Analytics reports and analytics to support HR operations - Assist in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations,



and process improvements You Should Have / Be - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or a business-related field.

- Working experience or knowledge in the Human Resources field.
- Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Workforce Management (WFM) systems, including data maintenance, reporting, and system navigation.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and knowledge of e-learning software, such as iSpring.
- Rapid and accurate keyboarding skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
