Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the HR Business Partner will drive and support a strategic approach to our people management. You will be working directly with managers and employees, aligning procedures with policies, all while having lots of fun! Please note that this is an in-person, 5-day-a-week position out of our Leduc office.

Supporting the HR Director with strategic objectives Managing employee relations issues Conducting and assisting with workplace investigations Developing and maintaining company policies and handbooks Creating training materials and facilitating learning sessions Supporting recruitment and administrative activities as needed Developing and administering employee programs,
