- In collaboration with people managers and finance, participate in workforce planning initiatives that anticipate future talent needs, ensuring a seamless blend of skills and capabilities to drive organizational success
- Participates and executes strategic HR initiatives and projects including planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of such HR projects within established timeframes and guidelines
- Champion an inclusive and empowering work setting by designing and executing programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, enhancing the employee experience. WORK EXPERIENCE A background in HR, business,
or leadership—whether through direct experience, a career shift, or a combination of both. A track record of driving initiatives that improve performance, retention, or culture, whether through HR programs, leadership decisions, or business-driven solutions.
Experience working in environments where priorities shift, requiring adaptability, problem‑solving, and a focus on solutions rather than rigid processes. Bilingualism (English/French) is essential as the role will be supporting customers across Canada and the US
