As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator, helping shape a workplace where people thrive. You'll work closely with leaders and teams to align people strategies with business goals, foster a culture of inclusion and growth, and ensure seamless employee experience across the organization and project that you will be supporting. Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize organizational capabilities, behaviors, and structures that support strategic goals.

Provide thoughtful coaching on talent management, performance, recruitment, terminations, compensation, development, and change management. Partner with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to support staffing plans, project assignments and talent redeployment. Support implementation and continuous improvement of AtkinsRéalis policies and new processes that enhance operational effectiveness.

Anticipate business needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with our mission, vision, and values. Stay current on employment legislation and ensure compliance with government reporting requirements.

Recent

Bachelor's Degree in Human ressources from a recognized post-secondary institution. ~1-2 years maximum of proven experience as a generalist in HR. ~ Identify and elevate complex, high-risk, or sensitive matters to Sr. HRBP in a timely manner. ~ Strong data management skills with proficiency in Excel. ~ Knowledge of unionized environment, investigations, grievance and will be considered an asset. ~ Ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately with minimal supervision.



~ Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development. ~ French oral and written skills will be considered a strong asset as the role interacts across Canada.
