We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide expertise across our portfolio of long-term care and retirement homes. Reporting to the Senior HRBP, you will focus on talent management, employee relations, and enhancing workplace culture.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring alignment with organizational needs while maintaining compliance with HR legislation. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with managers on employee relations and performance management
- Lead labour relations matters, including grievance management
- Support organizational change initiatives for smooth transitions
- Track workforce metrics and report quarterly on trends
- Deliver training sessions on workplace culture and HR policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a business partner role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic workplace
- CHRL designation is an asset
