We are partnering with an established, growing organization to find an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Human Resources team. This is a hands‑on, strategic role supporting senior leaders across a broad range of HR functions, including workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, compensation, organizational development, and change management. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping align people strategies with business objectives while supporting a positive, engaging, and effective workplace.

Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR guidance. Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

Provide guidance on compensation, job evaluations, salary reviews, promotions, and internal equity. Lead or support employee relations matters and workplace investigations.



Use workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across assigned business units. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory capacity. ~ Experience partnering with senior leadership and providing practical, business-focused HR guidance. ~ Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. ~ Solid employee relations and performance management experience. ~ Excellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, and influencing skills. ~ A university degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. ~ Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or similarly complex operational environment would be considered an asset. #
