Become part of Communitas’ HR team as a Human Resources Recruiter in a full-time position. Focus on recruitment strategies and candidate assessments while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. This permanent position plays a critical role in hiring and placement within the Communitas HR department. Candidates will support senior leaders with compliance in HR policies and procedures while ensuring an effective recruitment process.

Key skills include recruiting, human resources information systems (HRIS), and interpersonal communication. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and develop recruitment and HRIS processes
- Advise leaders on HR policies and recruitment practices
- Screen and shortlist applicants, conduct interviews
- Design recruitment packages with marketing support
- Foster relationships with colleges and community organizations

Requirements:

- College degree with 4+ years in HR or administration
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Solid computer proficiency, especially in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Class 5 BC driver’s license required
