Do you have HVAC Plumbing experience? We are looking for skilled a Journeyperson who have worked in residential, light industrial, and/or light/heavy commercial markets to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment, systems and our customers. Must be a skilled craftsperson in their trade, and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the HVAC plumbing/mechanical equipment service industry.

Red Seal Journeyperson Plumbing

Ticket with a willingness to pursue an HVAC apprenticeship path and further develop technical expertise in HVAC systems ~3+ years of residential / light commercial / heavy commercial mechanical troubleshooting experience. ~ Ability to perform general building maintenance. ~ Ability to service and install various manufacturers of plumbing mechanical equipment. ~ Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing ~ Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems ~ Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems ~ Locate and mark positions for pipe connections,



passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors ~ Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings ~ Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment ~ Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges ~ Appropriate licenses to work with boiler and steam operational & service knowledge. ~ Valid class 5 driver's license ~ Excellent customer service skills. ~ Permits/appropriate licensing to work with refrigeration equipment an asset (such as EPA/HRAI Refrigeration Certification) Pay Range: $51.96 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.
