We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid G1 or G2 Gas Technician licence and have hands-on experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC service, maintenance and installation.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose, service and repair HVAC equipment
- Remove and replace (R&R;) furnaces and other HVAC equipment
- Install and service gas piping
- Perform furnace and HVAC maintenance
- Change filters and complete routine preventative maintenance
- Install, modify and repair ductwork
- Troubleshoot heating and ventilation systems
- Complete new HVAC installations and equipment replacements
- Identify deficiencies and recommend required repairs
- Maintain a clean and protected work area
- Complete service calls in a professional and timely manner
- Follow all applicable safety requirements, codes and regulations

Qualifications




- Valid G1 or G2 Gas Technician licence/certification
- Previous HVAC service and installation experience
- Experience troubleshooting furnaces and HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of gas piping and ductwork
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable, professional and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
