Richmond
Richmond, BC (servicing commercial and industrial clients across Metro Vancouver) Monday–Friday, standard business hours, with occasional on-call/emergency response and occasional travel across BC and Yukon Founded in 2003, Raven Supply is now in its second generation of ownership and is proudly female and Indigenous owned. Raven operates as a technical partner, not a transactional supplier, providing low-carbon heating solutions for commercial and industrial projects across BC and Yukon. Our core values guide how we work every day, with every customer: we do as we say, we are responsive, we stay curious, we are easy to work with, and we take initiative.
Raven
Supply operates in a technical, customer-focused industry where responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through matter. Our products and solutions support critical operations, and our customers rely on us to provide practical guidance, strong communication, and dependable execution. Customers often come to us when equipment is down or critical decisions need to be made quickly.
Speed, urgency, and explicit communication are essential. Many of the facilities and systems we support operate 24/7. Customers depend on us to understand the importance of downtime, reliability, and getting things right the first time.
Success often requires coordination between customers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
