In this full-time role, you will lead strategic initiatives while facilitating operations for the Inquiry Services team.

Focus on training and mentoring Community Resource Navigators, enhancing their capacity to provide client-centered, trauma-informed support. Your contributions will help strengthen the overall community network and improve access to essential services. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic planning and management of contact centre services
- Ensure service quality within the Toronto Community Crisis Service
- Develop networks by collaborating with nonprofit sector leaders




- Prepare operational statistics and reports for stakeholders
- Offer continuous guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

- Education in Social Services, Psychology, or related fields
- Minimum of two years in social services sector
- Current Community Resource Specialist certification desired
- Solid insight into systemic inequities faced by marginalized communities
- Ability to manage crises and de-escalate situations effectively
