Requirements:

- At least 2 years of recruitment expertise, emphasizing industrial trades
- Solid sourcing platforms and recruitment marketing knowledge
- Effective communication with operational leaders
- Experience with the complete recruitment cycle
- ICIMs familiarity is an asset
