IAM Solution Architect / Technical Lead Role Summary Seeking an experienced IAM professional to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, team mentorship, and stakeholder management. Lead and mentor technical team members while planning and assigning technical work.

Oversee testing, fit/gap analysis, migrations, performance validation, and production implementations. Troubleshoot complex IAM and security issues and provide technical guidance to stakeholders. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the solution lifecycle. 7+ years of experience in IAM, IT Security, or a related field.



~5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM solution development, engineering, and implementation. ~ Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. ~ Solid knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, ABAC, and policy enforcement. ~ Strong programming/scripting experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.Js, or PowerShell. ~ Experience with APIs, middleware, SQL, and Oracle databases. ~ French and English bilingual proficiency is an asset. #
