A career as a Nakisa systeme administrator integrated into the SuccessFactors platform in the HR systems team at National Bank means acting as a functional expert on the Nakisa Workforce Planning platform . This role allows you to make a positive impact on our organization by ensuring reliable configuration, data, integrations, access, releases and user support, in collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, Security, Data Governance and the vendor. Support the integrations between SAP and Nakisa Perform basic configuration and application maintenance activities, including field mapping updates as required Participate in testing and validation activities for projects and enhancements Act as the primary point of contact between National Bank and Nakisa for technical-related matters Within the Human Experience and Performance – Human-Centred Evolution and Delivery sector, you will be part of a team of 10 colleagues specializing in HR systems and report to the Director of HR Systems.

or any other combination of training or experience deemed equivalent Three to five years of experience supporting HR applications, SaaS platforms or enterprise systems Experience in configuration, integrations, testing, releases, support, data quality and access controls Knowledge of Nakisa, organizational design, workforce planning, SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR technology Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, a customer-focused approach and a continuous improvement mindset Languages: Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
