Join RNAO as a Long-Term Care Best Practice Implementation Coach in Ontario. Drive the adoption of best-practice guidelines and empower care homes through evidence-based practices. This role centers on creating structured plans to implement best practices across assigned Long-Term Care facilities.
You will act as a resource for educators and engage in team-oriented strategies that enhance the understanding and integration of guidelines. Your contributions directly impact health outcomes in the Long-Term Care sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Design a regional implementation strategy for best practices
- Create integration opportunities for evidence-based practice
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within educational settings
- Participate in research and evaluation processes
- Collaborate with managers for regional activity integration
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Preferred Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field
- Expertise in evidence-based practice principles
- Experience in implementing RNAO guidelines successfully
- Solid skills in project management and relationship-building
