We’re looking for a Bakery Supervisor who’s passionate about creating delightful experiences for our customers and supporting a great in-store team. You’ll play a key role in leading daily bakery operations, ensuring quality, freshness, and excellent service while helping the team bring our bakery vision to life. Lead, train, and support bakery team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive, engaging work environment.

Oversee daily production, merchandising, and product presentation to ensure freshness, quality, and visual appeal. Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste while meeting sales and margin targets. Support scheduling, task delegation, and adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health standards.

Step in to manage departmental operations in the absence of the Bakery Manager or Assistant Manager. High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum 12 months of bakery or related retail experience.

Strong understanding of bakery operations, including production and merchandising.
