Lead innovative research support as the Incubation Lab Administrator at UBC’s Learning Technology Innovation Centre. This role focuses on designing operations and overseeing AI integration in educational research. As the Incubation Lab Administrator, you will manage the support program for faculty, aligning research projects with UBC strategic priorities.

Your expertise in overseeing research compliance, ethics, and stakeholder engagement will drive project success through effective operations. This role requires collaboration with various UBC partners to facilitate research initiatives and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage research proposal intake and evaluation processes
- Oversee compliance and information security for all projects




- Act as an advisor for faculty research inquiries and initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment
- Monitor project progress and impact reporting Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- Minimum three years of experience in related roles
