Glizzy’s Indoor Golf is a locally owned indoor golf facility in southeast Calgary. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable team member to help create a fun and welcoming experience for our guests and help create community and culture. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service/hospitality. Applicants will be contacted by e-mail.

Duties

- Assist customers with golf simulators (training provided)

- Manage schedules and bookings (online, phone, and in person)

- Process payments (cash, debit, and credit)

- Prepare and serve food and beverage

- Maintain a clean, organized facility

- Support day-to-day operations

Requirements

- ProServe certification

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Reliable, organized and motivated





- Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Bonus Skills (Assets)

- Experience in food/beverage, hospitality and customer service

- Experience with booking, scheduling and POS systems

- Interest in golf, marketing/social media and event planning

- Food safety and handling course/certificate

- Experience with graphic design

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
