Lead the Industrial division at METTLER TOLEDO as a Business Area Manager. You'll oversee marketing, sales, and service operations, ensuring strategic growth in various sectors. This role combines leadership in marketing and sales with operational excellence. You will focus on driving continuous growth across industries such as pharma, food, and logistics, nurturing a culture of teamwork and commitment to execute strategic initiatives. Create and communicate a transparent vision for the business area
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies
- Prepare annual plans with market assessments and budgets
- Review and adjust financial performance regularly
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in engineering or business
- 7-12 years management experience across multiple functions
- Bilingual in French and English preferred Drive growth and lead innovation in sales and service with METTLER TOLEDO's Industrial division.
