Full-time Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Hybrid (Minimum 3 days a week in office), candidates can be located in the Sherwood Park or Fort McMurray area. Responsible for high-volume recruitment of manpower to various client sites Reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, preparing posting summaries, verifying qualifications and work references; Source candidates on platforms such as our ATS CRM, Indeed and LinkedIn Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, with an emphasis on high-volume and/or industrial trade recruitment Strong experience using various sourcing techniques, platforms and recruitment marketing Required to clearly communicate with internal operational leaders to understand needs, forecasts and scope of projects Experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing to drafting offer letters Experience with Recruitment software ICIMs is an asset Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel and Outlook As a rapidly growing, intensely innovative, international publicly traded company, the opportunities to pursue challenging and diverse career development paths are vast.
