Supervise and control the work of other supervisory, skilled, or managerial employees. Oversee, monitor, and review the design work performed by the teams of structural engineers of the external consultant companies contracted by Ferrovial Construction to perform the design, providing them guidance as required to meet the criteria of Ferrovial Construction and the requirements of the client. Propose changes to the structures, pursuing cost and constructability optimization and risk mitigation.
