Position Summary

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Innovation Manager to identify, build, and scale new revenue-generating initiatives for our Dealer Group. You'll act as the CEO of each initiative — from spotting the opportunity and building the business case, through MVP development with our R&D; team, to go-to-market execution and ongoing commercial ownership. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who is equally comfortable talking pricing and margin with Finance, sketching a product roadmap with engineering, and presenting to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and prioritize a pipeline of revenue-generating initiatives for the Dealer Group
- Partner with customers, industry contacts, and internal stakeholders to uncover opportunities based on current and future customer needs
- Build the business case for each initiative — pricing, packaging, and pro-forma financials — and win stakeholder buy-in
- Run each initiative like a startup, acting as its CEO from concept through launch
- Define market requirements using a customer development framework, grounded in ongoing visits to customers and non-customers
- Identify and build the minimum viable product; validate assumptions with an early-adopter group
- Oversee execution with R&D;,

partnering with the GM and R&D; leadership to secure resources
- Prepare project plans and milestones with the R&D; team and drive agile product development
- Build on our shared AI platform and shared components rather than duplicating them
- Own the scope, timeline, and budget of each project
- Drive successful launch and post-launch execution
- Partner cross-functionally to build and execute a company-wide go-to-market plan
- Work with Marketing on the marketing plan, collateral, and customer-facing product presentations
- Create and communicate the sales strategy, build supporting collateral, and help sales teams hit targets
- Support and implement the product during early launch stages, building the knowledge base each department needs
- Develop and maintain referenceable customers
- Own the commercial result of each initiative — revenue, cost, and margin — reviewed regularly with Finance
- Know the unit economics cold: implementation cost and gross margin per dealer, and realized price against the rate card

Required Qualifications

- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels without direct authority
- Strategic, innovative and long-term thinker who takes calculated risks and manages risk deliberately
- Excellent organization and planning skills – comfortable owning scope, timeline, and budget
- Commercial fluency in pricing, packaging, and margin
- Passion for building products and businesses from the ground up
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate people,

including cross-functional teams without direct reports
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and executives
