University of Victoria’s Faculty of Science Machine Shop supports teaching and research across Physics & Astronomy, Chemistry, Earth and Ocean Sciences, Biology, and Biochemistry & Microbiology. The role maintains and repairs lab equipment, designs and fabricates custom equipment, tests performance and safety, and operates a range of machining, welding, sheet metal, and woodworking tools.
