You will care for high acuity, palliative, rehabilitation, and dementia patients, with opportunities to work in the emergency department if desired. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide inpatient care to diverse patient populations
- Develop individualized care plans for high acuity patients
- Collaborate with an effective interdisciplinary team
- Support palliative and end-of-life care needs
- Mentor and onboard new team members

Requirements:

- Experience in Family Medicine preferred
- Interest in palliative care is a plus
- Availability for at least six weeks per year
