We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Associate to join Triumph, working in our Electrical Products division in Nisku, Alberta. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is passionate about electrical product distribution, goal driven, and customer service orientated. They will also preferably have hands‑on sales experience, the ability to maintain and grow customer relationships, and have a solid understanding of electrical products.

Identifying and pursuing new and potential sales opportunities. Developing and maintaining excellent customer and vendor relationships. Understanding market conditions and effects of competition. Handling and taking part in joint sales calls, promotion programs, and product launches.

Your role will be customer service facing. Your focus will be on identifying and closing large products and driving incremental product and sales growth at all levels. You will provide pre and post sales support and expertise to provide customers with professional assistance and service.

High School

Diploma required. Having a bachelor’s degree or being a Certified Engineering Technologist preferred – however, journeymen electricians with relevant, equivalent experience will be considered.

Experience in automation, drives and controls is an asset. Strong communication, negotiation and computer skills required. Microsoft systems proficiency required. Class 5 driver's license required.
