Inside Sales Representative

Mississauga, ON | $65,000–$70,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | In Office Our client, an established Canadian manufacturer of custom metal products , is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Mississauga.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong inside or technical sales background who enjoys building customer relationships, managing opportunities, and turning leads and quotes into sales.

Experience selling technical, industrial, manufactured, or custom-fabricated products would be a strong asset.

What You’ll Do

- Manage inbound inquiries and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare accurate quotes based on customer requirements
- Explain technical and custom product solutions to customers
- Support customers purchasing custom-fabricated products for industrial applications
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM
- Follow up consistently on quotes and open opportunities to drive sales




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets

What We’re Looking For
- Previous inside sales or technical sales experience
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing, metal fabrication, water treatment, or other technical products is preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable learning and discussing technical products and specifications
- Experience preparing quotes and managing a sales pipeline
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to close business
- Experience using CRM systems
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
