The Independent Sales

Representative is a full‑time, high commission based role. Strong consultative sales and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to understand manufacturing shop needs and propose appropriate solutions. Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, practical terms.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented approach with the ability to work independently, manage a local territory, and prioritize multiple opportunities. Previous experience as an independent or commission‑based sales representative is an advantage.
