We install permanent, programmable, fully customizable lighting systems that transform homes year-round — from elegant architectural lighting to full holiday displays.

We are growing fast.

We've already installed on over 120 homes this season (2026) and have another 80 to go this fall - and we're looking for leaders to help take this on.

- Is currently working in trades, construction, exterior home services, roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, electrical, etc.
- Is confident working at heights - NO EXCEPTIONS!

What You’ll Be Doing





- Installing Smart Luxury Outdoor Lighting systems on residential homes
- Climbing ladders up to 40'
- Working safely at heights
- Operating boom lifts (if certified, huge asset)
- Installing low-voltage lighting systems with precision
- Interacting professionally with homeowners
- Representing the Bold Gold Standard of Excellence

You’ll work outdoors in varying weather conditions and must be comfortable working at heights daily. Did we mention, you need to be comfortable working at heights?

Requirements

- Valid Working at Heights certification (must be current and kept current)
- Comfortable climbing and working from ladders (up to 40’)
- Physically fit and able to lift ladders/materials
- Robust situational awareness and safety mindset
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and communication skills

Assets:
- Boom lift certification
- Experience in exterior home services
- Experience with electrical (low-voltage)
- Ability to work independently without supervision

Compensation Structure

Seasonal Install Technician

$19–$22 per hour based on experience.
