Imperial Oil Cold

Lake has been in operation for 45 years and has close to 400 employees and over ~1000 contracted workers including workers from indigenous businesses. Insulators apply, remove and repair thermal and acoustical insulation (e.g., calcium silicate, glass foam, mineral wool, Styrofoam, fiberglass) on all types of industrial equipment (e.g., duct piping, heat exchangers, tanks, vessels). Demonstrate the installation, fitting, fabrication and attachment of insulation,



finishing and weatherproofing materials to a high standard of workmanship Measure and cut insulating material to required dimensions using hand and power tools recognize insulation and air barrier systems, materials and their application.
