The successful candidate will assist our team of brokers with customer service tasks and have the opportunity to grow into a commercial insurance role and earn a market-competitive salary.

Creating

Insurance slips, certificates of insurance, binders, and other client related paperwork. Assisting producers and account managers with the management of policy renewals. Any other customer service-related tasks as may be requested from time to time.

Client facing communications, including but not limited to obtaining risk information for renewals or new business, assessing insurance requirements,



delivering endorsement documentation and certificates. Processing endorsements and payments in insurance company portals Must possess a RIBO insurance license Experience in customer service as it relates to the insurance industry is an asset Experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with EPIC or premium financing portals is considered an asset.
