Elevate your nursing career with Assisted Living Alberta as an Integrated Home Care Registered Nurse. You’ll manage caseloads and provide tailored care to clients within their communities. In this full-time Registered Nurse role, you’ll utilize advanced clinical skills and case management to support individuals in diverse residential settings.

Essential qualifications include recent experience in home care, alongside the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring quality care and patient-centered practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage nursing assessments for clients
- Guide care planning in partnership with clients and families
- Provide direct clinical care and monitoring of services




- Ensure modifications to care based on feedback and needs
- Document client progress and care interventions Requirements:
- Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience, 3 in home care
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
- Qualified Driver's License and vehicle in positive condition
- Completion of Level 2 McMaster AHS Case Management education Your expertise in nursing and commitment to patient welfare will be vital in fostering healthy communities across Alberta.
