This position supports the procurement of key aerospace production goods while ensuring compliance and budget efficacy. You will report to the CSH Material Supervisor and collaborate with both strategic suppliers and internal departments such as contracts and finance.

Excellent supply chain knowledge and negotiation skills are essential for success. Develop strategic procurement plans and contracts

- Negotiate supplier agreements and manage performance
- Identify effective cost-saving procurement strategies
- Lead and mentor junior procurement team members 5-7 years of experience in aerospace or military procurement
- Comprehensive understanding of purchasing workflows and ERP systems
