Position Title: Intermediate UX Designer

Project Duration: 162 days + extension option (1 time)

Joining timeline: immediate to 20 days

OFFICE LOCATION: Bay Street, Toronto

Role Overview The responsibility includes conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and iterating based on user testing — across digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials.

Key Requirements: (Major Mandates)

- 3+ years of relevant UX Design experience on complex digital projects using User-Centered Design + Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong expertise in UX design best practices, mobile-first and responsive design .
- Figma – Mandatory , with strong hands-on experience in wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows and journey maps.
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, surveys and usability testing , and translating insights into design solutions.
- Robust ability to design and iterate user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes,



prototypes and overall product experiences .
- Prior experience with Service Design frameworks and established Design Systems .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to lead meetings and present designs/solutions .
- Exposure to UX tools such as Axure, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin or JustInMind is preferred.
- Portfolio link is mandatory on the CV and must be accessible without a password, or the portfolio should be attached with the submission.
- Public sector / government experience and knowledge of DABL (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live) methodology are desirable.
- Expertise in UX software: JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Zeplin; HTML5, CSS3, JS (React, Angular, NodeJS) and Azure DevOps are a plus.
