Work Term: January - April 2027 The Data Science Co-op assists in transforming data into actionable insights that support customer growth and business objectives. The role contributes to customer analytics, predictive modeling, and performance measurement initiatives that help personalize customer journeys, improve marketing and channel effectiveness, and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and profitability. Analyze customer, campaign, and business data to generate insights that support customer onboarding, activation, engagement, and growth strategies.

Assist in developing, monitoring, and evaluating Next Best Action (NBA) strategies using analytics, modeling, and testing methodologies. Support the analysis of customer journeys and marketing campaigns to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business performance. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to monitor key business metrics.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Analytics, to support data-driven decision-making and campaign measurement. Help automate and improve data preparation, reporting,



and analytical processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Communicate insights and findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

An academic focus in mathematics, statistics, business, or a quantitative discipline. Hands on experience with programming languages such as PySpark, SQL, or Python. Expert in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

Detail oriented and an ability to propose creative solutions.
