During your internship, you will contribute to:

- Review, Process and Monitor Disability Claims
- Process and manage employee files
- Communicate with Insurance Provider
- Participate in claim review meetings with the HR Director, HR Manager, and Medical Consultant
- Coordinate with HR on complex claims
- Facilitate employee accommodations and return to work
- Prepare Letters on behalf of HR
- Participate in WSIB Claims
- Prepare offer letters of accommodations
- Participate in HR Projects

During your internship, you will learn:

- Application/software of Workforce
- Develop skills such as Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Time Management
- Participate in weekly meetings and return to work meetings
