Join Pomerleau as a Surveyor Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting major construction projects across Canada. Pomerleau is a national leader in construction, delivering major projects across Canada.

Assist with construction layout, monitoring, laser scanning, and survey field activities. Handle the survey rod for topography and set layout points. Prospect to learn and operate a variety of survey equipment, including robotic total stations, GNSS/GPS receivers, digital levels, and terrestrial laser scanners.

Follow instructions from the Chief Surveyor, Project Manager, and Superintendent. Assist in preparing field notes, sketches, reports, data,



and survey documentation. Assist with survey equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory management.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices. Currently enrolled in a Geomatics Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction, or related post‑secondary program. Strong interest in construction surveying and geomatics.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions. A positive mindset and sense of excitement for being in the action everyday on‑site.

Valid
