Atlantic, Rexel Utility, Westburne, Nedco, LTL and Talley. We are currently looking for an Inventory Control / Quality Assurance Specialist at our Delta , BCbranch.

The Inventory

Control / QA Specialist reporting to the Regional DC Administration Manager will be responsible for inventory integrity and quality assurance activities throughout the warehouse operation. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis. Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to monitor inventory movements, transactions, adjustments, locations, and stock status. Conduct quality checks on inbound, stored, picked, packed, and outbound products to ensure accuracy and compliance with Rexel standards. Review shipping, receiving,



returns, and damage processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Support inventory-related reporting, including variance analysis, inventory accuracy metrics, and operational KPIs. Partner with warehouse supervisors, receivers, pickers, and other team members to resolve inventory and quality issues promptly. Assist with maintaining warehouse location accuracy, slotting, product labelling, and inventory organization.

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, productivity, safety, and quality. Follow all Rexel policies, health and safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Previous experience in inventory control within a distribution centre, warehouse, or logistics environment.

Demonstrated hands-on experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory management, transactions, counts, and discrepancy resolution. Strong understanding of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, stock adjustments, and root-cause investigation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site warehouse environment.

Experience with WMS (Tecsys) is considered an asset. Previous quality assurance, process improvement, or warehouse audit experience.

Experience in electrical distribution, industrial supply, or a high-volume distribution setting. Familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, or inventory quality metrics. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 60000- 75000.

Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
