We're looking for an Inventory & Logistics Supervisor to join our operations team. In this critical leadership role, you'll oversee inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence across the department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys solving problems, driving continuous improvement, and making a direct impact on manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Lead and coordinate inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics operations. Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices and cycle count programs.

Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



to improve operational performance and accountability. Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.

Lead annual physical inventory counts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Monitor and improve warehouse and inventory processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Previous inventory management experience within a manufacturing environment. ~Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Syteline or IFS . ~ Robust knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes. ~ Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills. ~ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. ~ Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
