In this role, the successful candidate will work to investigate issues, gather information, and create solutions in their mission to provide excellent support to our Investment Advisor clients.

This is a client-facing role that requires a heightened level of experience working within the financial services industry. Provide training to advisors and their branches/teams Work on project-specific tasks relating to procedural updates Assist and support management on ad-hoc and priority items 1-3 years of experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries – Focus on very strong client service skills ~ Industry-related academic experience (ex. Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) ~ Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude ~ Ability/Flexibility to work independently in hybrid home/office environment ~ In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
