Auro Metals Inc. is a mineral exploration company which holds a 100% interest in the Santa Barbara Gold-Copper Project in the Zamora Copper-Gold Belt of southeastern Ecuador.

Project is a large-scale porphyry system which hosts an NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate (SRK Consulting, effective March 23, 2026) comprising Indicated resources of 29.8 million tonnes grading 0.73 grams per tonne gold and 0.10% copper containing 697,000 ounces gold and 68 million pounds copper, and Inferred resources of 205.7 million tonnes grading 0.52 grams per tonne gold and 0.09% copper containing 3,418,000 ounces gold and 426 million pounds copper. Reporting to the CEO or his designee, this position will provide support in creating and communicating positive and favorable investor messaging for the Company. The candidate will execute communication strategies, create promotional materials, and effectively distribute it.

This position is based in our Vancouver head office with some travel to conferences, roadshows, and events. Participate in the development and implementation of an effective investor relations program

- Management of the Company’s online presence via the corporate website and social media channels
- Management of the news release process
- Prepare and update website information, factsheets, corporate presentation, and other content creation
- Arrange and attend meetings, roadshows,



and conferences, including assisting with travel arrangements
- Manage the Investor database
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analysis of market and financial trends, shareholders, potential investors, competitors, media monitoring and other matters that could impact the business
- Undergraduate Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, Business Management, Geology, or other similar field; ~2-4 years of experience in an investor relations, communications, marketing, finance or other business management role.

Experience with marketing campaigns and social media management on various social media platforms

- Strong and tactful communication skills with excellent business writing style
- Highly adaptable and flexible to ever changing high-demand work environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong financial skills and understanding, with previous mining industry experience considered a robust asset;

Experience with online database platforms such as S&P; Capital IQ, S&P; Market Intelligence, and IPREO a strong asset
