Provide general IT Help Desk technical support and troubleshooting for all users Maintain inventory of all IT assets and provide reorder information as needed Provision phones and voicemail systems Provision of Baffinland cellular phones when requested by Oakville IT Technicians Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems on all user equipment including workstations, printers, etc. Receive shipments of materials destine for Mary and Milne Ship damaged materials off site when necessary Create, Remove,



Update and Delete accounts and access in any system as approved by IT superintendents Participate in project work as assigned Maintain all Baffinland conference facilities, cleanup and repair as needed Organize, clean and generally maintain all IT storage facilities Dispose of waste electronics and shipping materials Enforce Baffinland security standards and policies Demonstrate awareness and commitment to health, community and environmental protection and take action to ensure that unsafe practices or non-compliant behaviors do not occur.

Operate equipment (Man Lift, Skid Steer and Boom Truck). Maintain all IT facilities on site including comm. Excellent customer service skills Experience in writing various forms of business documents, including reports, manuals and operational procedures Mary River Mine Site, NU, Canada Related training and experience Internal equity considerations This site-based role is eligible for participation in the travel benefits, site premiums, comprehensive health and dental coverage, and pension participation.
