You will own the internal technology environment that Corpshore Canada runs on, and you will be accountable for it working. That covers the Toronto office, the remote workforce across the country, and the systems that delivery teams depend on every shift. Three days in the Toronto office, two remote.

Own the internal IT estate across endpoints, identity, network, collaboration platforms and the SaaS portfolio. Lead a team of internal support and systems staff, including their development and performance. Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and prove they work rather than assume it.

Own patching, endpoint hardening and asset lifecycle. Support client security questionnaires and audit responses in partnership with Information Security. Enforce access controls appropriate to a business handling client personal information under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25.

At least five years in IT operations with at least two managing people or a function. Strong command of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and networking fundamentals.

Experience supporting a contact centre or a distributed remote workforce, where uptime is directly a revenue matter. Vendor and contract management experience. English at C1. French. Ownership of a national estate rather than a slice of one. Group health and dental benefits. Direct exposure to client-facing security and compliance work, which is where IT management in this industry becomes commercially compelling. #
