IT Program/Project Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Program/Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent IT projects within a complex Cybersecurity Program. The successful candidate will manage delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent IT/Cybersecurity projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, budgets, and project documentation.
- Coordinate solution delivery artifacts, including security assessments, privacy assessments, requirements, design, and release documentation.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, change management, readiness, and training activities.
- Facilitate communication and decision-making across technical, business, vendor, and leadership teams.
- Provide project management guidance and escalate risks, issues, and decisions as required.
- Ensure project documentation and deliverables are complete and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.





Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, or a related field.
- PMP certification required; ITIL Foundation preferred.
- 10+ years of IT project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and full project lifecycles.
- Program management and Cybersecurity experience preferred.
- Solid budgeting, forecasting, risk, issue, and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in complex enterprise, public sector, education, healthcare, or similarly structured environments is an asset.

- Project charters and management plans.
- Integrated schedules and dependency tracking.
- Status reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
- Risk, issue, dependency, decision, and change logs.
- Security/privacy assessments and solution delivery documentation.
- Change management, communications, and training plans.
- Lessons learned and project closure documentation.
