IT – Support Analyst 1 Responsibilities: Provide support for customer requests, analyze problems, and escalate issues when necessary

Communicate technical information to nontechnical users

Troubleshoot desktop and printer hardware and software issues; resolve issues to the end user's satisfaction

Install, configure, and test all new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and connectivity issues Experience Requirements: Possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in the resolution of issues related to desktop, applications, or network systems in a Windows environment OR A university degree or diploma in computer science recent graduate

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Robust written documentation and note-taking skills.

Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Experience supporting POS or E-Commerce systems.

Basic understanding of networking concepts including: TCP/IP

DNS

DHCP

VPN Connectivity

Wireless Networking Beneficial to have:

Enterprise laptop and desktop deployments

Hospitality technology platforms

Multi-site support environments

Customer service or hospitality experience Education: A university degree, diploma in computer science, or related IT certificates.

CompTIA Network+

CompTIA Security+

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Candidates currently studying toward these certifications are encouraged to apply.
