TLC Solutions is seeking a Services Technician to join the Langley pod. The role centers on frontline technical support, triage of client requests, and in office visits to ensure smooth IT operations for businesses, schools, and government clients.

You will document systems, pursue certifications, and continually improve service quality. Ideal candidates have 3 years of IT support plus 2 years of customer service, with preferred certs in networking and Microsoft technologies.
