- DCC employees working in Yellowknife are eligible for the applicable Isolated Post Allowance (IPA) established by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.** The Technical Specialist, Program Management, oversees multi‑disciplinary work to develop, maintain and deliver centralized coordination functions in support of capital construction, operations and maintenance and/or environmental programs. The incumbent acts as a technical specialist for Client‑Partners, providing support in the areas of joint program management, information management, and communications management. The incumbent works with multiple service lines to support program delivery and provides advice to Client‑Partners on program delivery. Support the development and management of new programs and existing programs in conjunction with Client-Partner Provide program life cycle management and ensure programs are aligned with Client-Partner strategy and stakeholder requirements Analyze and manage detailed program information and data Support communications with Client-Partners, and DCC management and employees on program status and issues Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate and Client-Partner expectations Manage risk Support the development of recent DCC approaches, policies and processes for consideration by DCC management Best practices, methods, trends and legislation in real property,

As a condition of employment with DCC, a minimum reliability security status clearance is required and some roles may require secret security status clearance. DCC is responsible for the Personnel Security Clearance process . The process usually involves reference inquiries, verification of qualifications, criminal records checks, and credit checks (as required) and may require fingerprints.
