As a Janitor Maintenance Worker, you will ensure both janitorial excellence and building maintenance across shifts. This casual position requires the Janitor Maintenance Worker to support individuals in need while adhering to Lookout's mission.

You will perform essential janitorial duties and maintain building systems, including plumbing and electrical. Flexibility in working hours is essential, covering days, evenings, and weekends. Key Responsibilities:

- Sweep, wash, and wax floors throughout the site
- Clean and disinfect surfaces for sanitation
- Monitor and maintain building equipment
- Perform plumbing and repair work when necessary
- Assist in overseeing volunteers and new staff

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 education with 2 years related experience
- Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certificate
- Crisis Intervention Skills Training is an asset
- Must comply with health and safety standards
- Criminal Record Clearance for Vulnerable Sector
