Grass as either a Journeyman Mechanic or a fourth-year apprentice. This role is vital in maintaining our fleet of landscaping and farm machinery, ensuring smooth operations that support our mission of providing top-tier landscaping services and products. This role involves hands-on mechanical work, supervisory responsibilities, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

Competitive Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience. Repair, overhaul, and maintain a fleet including dump trucks, loaders, highway tractors, track hoes, skid-steers, and trailers. Work on equipment such as super-b’s, low-boys, tandems, tri-axles, loaders, Teledynes, and forklifts.





Report directly to the Operations Manager and Senior Management. Ensure all repairs and maintenance are timely and cost-efficient. Be prepared to work on-site or off-site as needed. Journeyman certificate or 4th-year apprentice in Heavy Duty or Agricultural Mechanics.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic or shop manager. a Class 1 license with an air certificate is an asset. Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems. Proven experience supervising and training staff.
